I know a lot of you will say we don't need this, but it may help some, so I'm putting it in here on one of mine I just did.
It's easy and a simple fix, much cheaper (free if you have a foot or wheel), and better than replacing a jack, especially if yours is made somewhere other than China...
#1 - Remove the jack. In the first pic you'll notice I had to do some cutting to get the jack out of the hole where there was so much damage.
#2 - Cut of the bad and get it as square as possible.
#3 - Clean everything up and put a wheel or foot on the bottom and mark for a new hole. Make the hole a little bigger than the hole in the foot or wheel so there are no alignment problems.
#4 - Paint and done.

Easy peasy. I hope this helps someone who didn't think of it, or just thought it may be a tougher job.
