I could not have done this job last year. After getting back on Keto, my knees are in good shape and I lost 65 lbs. Riding my bike 700 miles helped too.

Dad and I were talking this morning about how much better shape we're in since we started his new barn. Now if we can just keep it up and do some sort of exercise or something when it's all done lol. :tounge2

Yea using a machine is not the same as work were you can see progress. Motivation is the key!
