Starting Fluid - 520H Onan

I just went out and tried it again. I think I did it right to begin with. That's just as closed as it gets without using my finger. I was able to start it ok with the choke slightly open though. Thanks

It doesn't bind, but doesn't want to close with the cable all the way. I adjusted it Saturday, then started it Ok Sunday, but it doesn't close completely. I also had in my mind your directions backwards. I choked it all the way, then loosened the nut, then pulled the choke down just a little, then pushed the choke closed with my finger, then tightened the nut.

Whatever that is above no one can see it without logging into Google and I have no idea what my login is it's been so long lol. If you have a pic on your computer just drag it into the post and the forum will take care of it automatically.

You should be able to close it completely, I wonder if the cable has enough throw to do it before it hits the sheath. A pic would be nice.

It should close tight. I don't spend a lot of time near the puter and typing just don't get it done very fast. I could set it or find the problem in less than 30 seconds if it were here lol. This is why most people call me instead of asking for help on the forum I guess. :rolling

This makes no sense. I'll have it closed, then it won't close again. Annoying.

I tried adjusting it several times on the phone with Geno today, this is the best I can do. Now I have an electrical issue, so I can test this to see if it's good enough.
